We're looking for Contact Center Tech Lead to:
- Do independent development with Full Stack Java knowledge
- Drive delivery teams of developers to achieve project delivery
- Work as application owner for Contact Center applications
- Work with stakeholders from QA and Business teams to discuss requirements and improve them to be deliverables
- Work as lead to follow all UBS SDLC and release manager processes and make team members to follow same processes
Description:
- You'll be working in the WMA Contact Center IT team under WMA Operations Weehawken, NJ.
- This role is hybrid/onsite. Our team builds applications that provides various communication channels such as Voice, Chat , Call back, e-mail using Genesys platform to our internal and external clients.
